Virtual Policies, Etiquette, and Getting Started

Please read this information carefully before booking classes. By booking a class or signing up for a virtual membership, you are confirming that you have read the information below and agree to be bound by them.

Livestream classes are subject to change and/or cancel without notice. Teachers, rates, packages, memberships and/or products are subject to change without notice. Please always check the livestream schedule for our most current information. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost, inflation, and benefits. Policies and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

Purchase Policy

All purchases are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions. You may not share or transfer class credits to another person or account.

Virtual Class Etiquette

Please join your virtual class on time. Your teacher needs to let you into the class from the Zoom waiting room. It is hard for your teacher to pay attention to the waiting room while also teaching class. If you are late to join class you may not be let into the class. Keep your microphone muted during class unless your teacher encourages you to unmute. Cameras can be on or off, there is no requirement.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

You must book 10 minutes before class starts. Please plan ahead!

You can cancel or reschedule your booked class up to 1 hour before the class starts. Your teachers put time and energy into preparing class for you. Of course we understand that life can happen fast, but please do your best not to cancel the day of if you can help it.

Login

Before you do anything, make sure you are logged in. There is a login button on the top right hand corner of this website. Please click it and go through the prompts to create your profile. It only takes about 30 seconds.

Pay for Service

After you login, the next thing to do is to pay for the service. We have a couple pricing options, which you can view on our pricing page. If you are new to the site, don't forget your first month is free if you'd like to become a virtual member. You can cancel anytime.

Book Class

Return to the schedule and book your class! If you followed the first two instructions, this part should be pretty simple. Make sure to complete all the necessary waivers before you join class.
