Class Description
Start your Friday with a 30-minute guided meditation and pranayama practice! This class may include a variety of meditation techniques like breathwork, visualization, reflection, and gentle mindful movement. It will be mostly seated, so be sure to find a comfortable, quiet place to be still. This experience will help you to begin the day feeling grounded, balanced and intentional. This is for all people, from those just starting to explore meditation, to people who have an established meditation. You may want a cushion to sit on, and blankets to keep you cozy and warm and support for knees.

Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions. You may not share or transfer class credits to another person or account. You can cancel or reschedule your booked class up to 1 hour before the class starts. Your teachers put time and energy into preparing class for you. Of course we understand that life can happen fast, but please do your best not to cancel the day of if you can help it.
